Our classes are ideal for a small group of 3 -5 people or for individuals who have an interest in cooking or learning tips, skills and ways to feed yourself the way your mothers used to do so. We will share with your our recipes after the session and also guide you along the way so that you can learn substitutes and sufficient ways to re-create what you have learnt at Spice Zi Kitchen, your way and at your place š„°
Below are four menus inspired by what we cook for celebrations, down times, sick times and family time; by what our grandmothers cooked and what feels good in the season of vegetables. Please read through the menus, select one of your choice and one main dish, one vegetable dish and one dessertĀ of your preference.Ā Ā
The dishes stated above may be changed based on the availability of vegetables at the wet market in the season and the time of your session. The dishes are inter-changeable between menus but we highly recommend that you take suggestions from what is listed above and book a class with us!
